Abstract

In the context of the refounding of the school in France, this research work is part of an experiment in REP + which aims to support professionals by a research team. Since the start of the 2015 academic year, this research and intervention within a Priority Education network in Vaucluse has been carried out, in particular, among management personnel. Based on the tools and methods used and developed by the ERGAPE (ERGonomy of Education Professionals) team, this work highlights in particular the indices of an overloaded and dispersed activity of the staff, which would affect their health within the meaning of G. Canguilhem.
