General Information
The European Journal of Musicology publishes thematically free articles, reviews, and special issues
We welcome submissions in English and German in all areas of musicology. Articles should be submitted via the website. It is recommended that authors contact the editorial team before a planned submission at ejm-submissions@musik.unibe.ch. Authors should include the following details in the mail:
- - author’s name
- - academic affiliation (where appropriate)
- - contact email address where different to that used to submit article
- - a short curriculum vitae of approximately 50-100 words.
- - an abstract of approximately 150 words.
Authors are required to observe the Chicago Manual of Style and the Submission Guidelines of the European Journal of Musicology in the preparation of the submissions (see Guidelines to the Submission Process).
Completed articles should be submitted via the website.
The editorial team should be contacted directly for the suggestion of special issues (see also Special Issues).
