The present paper aims at showing terminologies of Senufo language. Today, the matter of terminology has become questionable in this globalized world. Human beings’ needs and demands tightly lead them to coin on whatever occasion. New words are automatically integrated in the major or open classes such as nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs. But, Senufo speaking people follow a process of adopting or coining words before accepting them. The socio-cultural background deeply influences the new coined words in a contextual situation such as information and communication technology, corona virus infection, HIV-AIDS, to quote a few. These neologisms will be analyzed in this work as applied terminologies to the specific field and a lexical enrichment of Senufo language. How could these discoveries be implemented? What could be the possible ways of popularization? I intent to contribute through the second Axis of the symposium.
