ECEM21 will take place August 2022 in Leicester UK

This is an update on arrangements for the 21st European Conference on Eye Movements (ECEM21). The ECEM scientific committee, together with the local organisers, have decided to postpone the conference by one year. ECEM21 will be held in the city of Leicester, UK, only one year later than originally planned, in August 2022. The conference will be hosted by members of the interdisciplinary vision sciences group at the University of Leicester.

ECEM21 is planned to go ahead as an in-person meeting with a full range of keynotes, symposia, talks and posters, and we look forward to welcoming members of the worldwide eye movement community to one of the oldest and most historic cities in England. We plan for the conference dates to fit around the ECVP and similarly postponed ESCOP conferences and we will post updates as our plans progress, with the conference website planned to go live in October 2021.
