Submissions

Manazir Journal welcomes guest editors to submit proposals for thematic issues in English, French, German and Italian and is open to languages of the MENA region, such as Arabic, Turkish and Persian.

If you would like to submit a proposal for an issue, please send an abstract in English (max. 600 words), a short CV of the editors and a list of potential contributors to manazir@unige.ch. The editorial team reviews and accepts or declines the issue proposal.

Upon acceptance, the editorial team and the guest editors will have a meeting with the guest editors to define the next steps. The guest editors must adhere to the guidelines and style sheet of Manazir Journal. Once the issue proposal is accepted, it is also possible to have an open Call for Papers.

On average, the publishing process with Manazir Journal takes approximately two years, from the submission of the issue proposal to the final publication online.
