La prosa poetica di Anna Felder

Abstract

Starting from a well-known letter to the author by Italo Calvino, the contribution investigates the presence of characteristics attributable to a certain type of poetic language in Anna Felder’s narrative prose, focusing attention on her debut novel, Tra dove piove e non piove, on La disdetta and on the later Le Adelaidi. The attempt is to bring out in these works some structural mechanisms, not just lexical or rhetorical, which establish a dialogue between prose and poetry, and which will become one of the most notable characteristics of Felderian prose.
